Jekalyn Carr holds the number spot on the Billboard Gospel Music chart for the song, "Jireh" for the tenth time.  The independet artist's meteoric rise in the gospel industry was followed by several entrepreneur endeavors including the creation of a fragrance brand under her name.  In 2021 Carr was inducted into the Women's Songwriters Hall of Fame at the age of 24. The 4-time Grammy nominee has  tied for the fourth-most Gospel Airplay No. 1s, dating to the chart's 2005 inception, equaling the sums of Travis Greene, Donald Lawrence and Marvin Sapp. Kirk Franklin leads with eight, followed by Tamela Mann (seven) and James Fortune & FIYA (six).
