Controversial Houston doctor fired over spreading Coronavirus misinformation

A Houston doctor who made the news last November for discounting Coronavirus vaccines has been fired from Houston Methodist Hospital. Doctor Mary Bowden is an ear, nose and throat (ENT) specialist who runs her own practice but had joined the hospital staff. Bowden does not believe vaccines should be required. Her privileges were suspended for spreading misinformation and she was fired recently.

Surrounded by supporters form the medical community, she claimed she has successfully treated over 2,000 out patients for COVID without joining the "the herd." She was joined by a Christian patient who shared in her testimony that she is here today because of Jesus Christ and the doctor's treatment methods. "I am not going to be silenced, bullied or intimidated by Houston Methodist," the medical provider responded to being ousted.

She is fighting back by suing the medical system.
