Singer Brandy hospitalized



Prayers up for Brandy and the Norwood family.


Singer and actress Brandy Norwood was hospitalized on Tuesday. Intial reports said she had a seizure.


“Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they got an EMS call to Brandy’s home at noon Tuesday. Her family is by her side ad she is expected to recovery,' TMZ reported.


By Wednesday, Norwood released a statement to fans addressing her health status. “To my beloved fam, friends, and starz thank you for sending love and light my way. I am following doctors’ orders and getting the rest I need due to dehydration and low amounts of nutrition. Thank you for your prayers and support. Grateful for you all, see you soon.”


But Brandy did not mention a seizure.


In June the artist partnered with Motown Records to record her eigth album.


Brandy also starred in QUEENS, which was cancelled after one season.

Brandy's only sibling, Ray J posted a concering message to social media last week about suicial thouhts. “If it wasn’t for my Kidz I would jump off and die tonight,” he wrote.
