Fans of the hit ABC comedy series "Abbott Elementary" saw the versatility of Oscar-winner Taraji P. Henson when she appeared as a sep ial guest Wednesday night. Jenson played Janine's estranged mom who popped up out of nowhere to solicits funds. Barbara stepped outside of her role as a colleague abd became a bonus mom to protect her fellow teacher from being heartbroken.
"Mom" Synopsis:
Janine’s plan for a Memorial Day weekend solo trip is derailed when her mother shows up unannounced asking for help. Elsewhere, Gregory notices his colleagues are great at small talk and realizes he needs to brush up on his people skills.
