Texas Governor Greg Abbott has ordered bus loads of immigratns to be dropped off at Vice Pres. Kamala Harris' doorstep. "Texas is bringing the border to their backyard to relieve our overwhelmed communitites," Abbott tweeted. Using taxpayer dollars he has sent immigrants to dc on buses previously. The tactic is a more extreme effort meant to punish te Biden Administration for poor policies and mismanagement of the flow of migrants at the overcrowded Texas border. The two buses sent to the Naval conservatory area in Maryland carried people from Venezuela, Uruguay, Colombia and Mexico.
